In the certainty of life my body doesn’t work. In doubt we change, we grow. We try to go further, to make the difference in someone’s life. We have to see change through the theatrical staging and then we will believe. Be the change you want to see in the world.
In this workshop, we’ll use sociodrama techniques to approach our common values and to improve our personal – and family – awareness.

Lara Antunes comes from Portugal, where she has been doing a solid work on sociodrama and playback theatre, among other related techniques for exploring our lifes. Yes, theatre can be even more than arts or entertainment.
Besides theatre, music, creative and crazy moments, Lara gets her inspiration from people like Gandhi, Augusto Boal (yes, do Google him if needed!), children and elderly people.
