English Evenings – Guided Meditation
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Meditation Month. In honor of both, we’re hosting a guided meditation session for all those interested.
Back again with us this month is Nicole Trovato, a 200-hour certified Dynamic Mindfulness yoga instructor. Dynamic Mindfulness is rooted in Zen (Chan) Buddhist wisdom, ethics, and methodology, and is supported by the latest scientific research on mindfulness.
No prior experience is required. This is a free event, and all are welcome.
What to bring: yoga mats or blankets/towels; comfortable clothing
